Throughout his career, Andy has a rich history of building and managing dedicated high-performing Inside sales teams, fostering trusted customer relationships, and has expertise that extends across various technology domains and industries.

His core competencies include business discovery, analysis, development, and consulting, effectively crafting customer-focused presentations and developing robust account penetration strategies.

With over half a decade of hands-on experience in B2B Inside Sales, Fabian possesses a profound understanding of diverse buyer personas, complex technology solutions, and the art of executing successful go-to-market strategies.

Armed with an MBA in Marketing & Operations from Pune University, Fabian began his career with a prominent B2B Appointment Setting firm, where he orchestrated highly successful demand and lead generation campaigns, unlocking untapped geographical markets and diversifying industry segments. He later transitioned to major IT services company, a prestigious IT and product engineering company, where he spearheaded an inside sales team, driving new business opportunities and expanding Enterprise accounts in North America.
